Where are the servers built and hosted?
Every server is assembled in the EU and deployed in our Brno (Czech Republic), Munich (Germany), or Košice (for VA·Pioneer) datacenters. All compute and data stays inside the EU.
Do I own the hardware?
Yes. You buy the server outright - it's your asset. We build it, host it, and manage it. If you ever leave, the hardware is yours to take.
How do I access my server?
Over the internet via SSH (key-only) on a public IPv4, with WireGuard VPN or Tailscale as secure alternatives. IPMI/BMC stays with us for emergency recovery only and is never exposed.
How does hosting pricing work?
Brno (recommended) is billed transparently: a 600 €/mo base fee for the full 47U rack, 2× 10 Gbps and redundant A+B power, plus metered electricity at 0.34 €/kWh. Munich is a flat all-inclusive premium fee for German jurisdiction. Košice has no base fee - only metered electricity plus 100 €/mo for 10 Gbit internet, ideal for renting out on Vast.ai.
What uptime can I expect?
Munich and Brno are Tier III datacenters with 99.99% and 99.97% SLAs. Košice is a lower-cost site with a 95% SLA and no redundancy - recommended for VA·Pioneer only.
What if a GPU or component fails?
Hardware ships with a 3-year next-business-day warranty that we coordinate. On-site remote hands handle swaps, with a 24–48h replacement window covered in your SLA.
What software comes pre-installed?
Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, NVIDIA data-center driver, CUDA 13.x, Docker + NVIDIA Container Toolkit, and full monitoring. You bring your own frameworks (PyTorch, vLLM, JAX, etc.).
Can I rent out my GPUs when I'm not using them?
Yes. We can list your idle GPU capacity on Vast.ai so the server earns while you're not training - or run it purely as a rental investment. Returns vary with market demand.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, SEPA transfer and Bitcoin. For companies we typically bill by invoice and bank transfer. All prices are exclusive of VAT.
Is there a minimum term or contract lock-in?
No. There's no minimum term and no contract lock-in - billing is monthly and you can cancel any time. The hardware you buy is yours regardless.
Can I colocate my own hardware with you?
Yes. You can colocate your own servers in our EU datacenters in Munich or Brno - we provide rack space, redundant power, cooling, connectivity and remote hands. Or rent a dedicated server we operate.
Are the prices shown inclusive of VAT?
No, all prices are exclusive of VAT. For EU businesses with a valid VAT ID, the reverse-charge mechanism may apply depending on the situation.
Which countries do you serve customers in?
We serve customers across Europe from our own datacenters in Munich, Brno and Košice, and your data always stays in the EU.
